Does XHeader handle transparencies on imported images?

Yes, XHeader has such a transparency feature for imported images.

Once imported on the header graphic, you can make the background of the image you selected transparent by checking the "Use Transparency" check box. To remove transparency and start again, uncheck the box, then check again.
