Can I use hexadecimal codes when choosing colors?

Yes. When choosing colors, you will usually be presented a color box. When clicking on that color box, a color picker window will pop-up and you can select the desired color.

However, if you already know the hexadecimal code of the color that you want to use, you can simply enter the code in the appropriate box.
