Can I save my headers to continue working on them later?

Yes, you can. On the main Toolbar, the XHeader software has a button named “Save XHF".

By clicking on the "Save XHF" button you can save the current header graphic as a XHF file, so you can continue working on it at a later date.

You can achieve the same result by selecting the "Save XHF" option from the File menu.
